A North Carolina man has been jailed for suspicion of running a meth lab out of his Rowan County residence. The 36-year-old is now facing drug charges with the possibility of more charges in the future. A 10-year-old child was at the home when a search warrant was executed and was later handed over to a relative not involved in the case.

North Carolina man faces driving while impaired charges

A man is accused of causing a tragic accident that killed one woman and injured several others in North Carolina. Authorities allege the man was driving while impaired prior to the accident. The man was traveling toward the city of Cherryville when his Kia was said to have crossed over the center line. It apparently collided with a pickup truck head-on. Both the driver and passenger of the truck sustained serious injuries.
